Use 12–15 g of the blend per liter of water (about 3–4 g for a 250 ml cup). Pour boiling water at 100 °C, steep for 7–10 minutes, and then strain. For a more delicate taste, choose 7 minutes; for a stronger infusion, steep for up to 10 minutes.
